Kiko Dog Rescue and Adoptions is a small non-profit rescue group located west of Montreal near the Quebec/Ontario border and is named after a little black Pug rescued from a puppy mill.
It was started in the spring of 2008. It is estimated that Kiko has rescued around 625 dogs as of April 2013.
Our dogs are not kept at a shelter. We rely on the generosity of foster families to care for our dogs until they find forever homes.
If you are not ready for a permanent adoption and would like to consider fostering on a temporary basis, please contact us for more information. Food and veterinary care is provided by Kiko – all you need to provide is a warm loving haven.
